Direct answers to what buyers ask most before adopting ERP PAL.
ERP PAL is one suite built on five systems sharing a single database: Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Inventory & Procurement, electronic document archiving, and fixed asset management. It also covers branch management and the production line, and is bought as one suite rather than as separate systems.
Yes. Accounting PAL, HR PAL and Inventory PAL are each sold standalone, and can be upgraded later to the full ERP PAL suite without re-entering the data you already captured.
ERP PAL generates journal entries at source — from inventory movements, procurement, invoicing and payroll — so your accountants never assemble data from separate files and systems before closing. Consolidated statements and branch reports are available on any day of the month, not only at month end.
Yes — branch management is core to ERP PAL: per-branch accounts, stock and permissions, inter-branch and inter-warehouse transfers, and consolidated group-level financial statements. It is the most common deployment among multi-branch retailers and holding groups.
Both are available for ERP PAL: cloud hosting, an on-premise install on your own servers, or a hybrid model that keeps sensitive data in-house while the remaining modules run in the cloud. The choice is settled during requirements review, based on your data policy and branch count.
