This policy explains what data PAL4IT collects when you use this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

Who we are

PAL4IT is a software company building integrated business systems. We are the controller of the personal data collected through this website. For any privacy matter: info@pal4it.com.

Data we collect

We collect only the data you give us directly, plus limited technical data recorded automatically when you visit:

  • Account data at registration: your name, company name, email address, phone number, country, business sector, and a password (stored hashed — we cannot read it).
  • Request data: the systems you are interested in, the deployment type, user and branch counts, your message, your preferred meeting date, and any files you attach.
  • Support data: support tickets, their messages and attachments, and any meetings scheduled with you.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, recorded in server logs for operations and security.

How we use your data

We use your data to manage your account, respond to your requests and prepare quotations, provide technical support, arrange meetings and demos, operate and secure the site, and measure site and campaign performance. We do not sell your personal data.

Our legal bases are performance of a contract (or pre-contractual steps when you request a quote or service), our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the site, and your consent where it is required.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited and where traffic comes from — so we can improve the content and the service. These tools set cookies on your device and send data to Google as a processor, which may include your IP address and a device identifier.

Google Tag Manager also manages a Google Ads remarketing tag, which may be used to show you our ads on other sites after you have visited us. We do not share identifying personal data (such as your name or email) with advertising networks.

You can opt out through your browser’s cookie settings, by installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or by adjusting your Google Ads personalisation settings.

What is stored in your browser

Alongside the Google cookies described above, we use your browser’s local storage for the following items. These are operational values and are not used for advertising tracking:

  • Your session token and basic account details — to keep you signed in. Cleared when you sign out.
  • Your chosen language, the systems you added to your stack, and a few display preferences. These are preference values and are not sent to us for tracking.
  • You can clear these at any time from your browser settings; doing so signs you out and discards your saved selections.

Who we share data with

Your requests and contact details are transferred into our internal CRM, where our sales and support teams work on them. We may also share data with service providers acting on our behalf (hosting and infrastructure) under contractual confidentiality obligations.

We share usage data with Google as a processor, through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads, as described in the “Analytics and advertising” section above.

If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. Some system pages also embed a live product demo served from another domain of ours, and that embed may set its own cookies.

We may disclose data where required by law or a valid legal order.

International transfers

We have offices in Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, Syria, Canada, Libya and Iraq. Your data may be processed or accessed by our teams in any of these countries in order to serve you, with the level of protection described in this policy maintained throughout.

How long we keep it

We keep account data for as long as your account exists. Records of requests, quotations and contracts are kept for the period required by accounting and legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, to receive a portable copy of it, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@pal4it.com. We respond within the period set by applicable law. You also have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority in your country.

Security

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords are stored using irreversible hashing, and access to customer data is limited to staff who need it for their work. No method of transmission or storage is, however, completely secure.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for businesses and professionals, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child’s data has reached us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page, and we will notify account holders of material changes.
